Last time, I had the succulent, tender, crispy roast pork chops. This time, the T-bone steak. One word: Awesome. Ray's Cafe is just a few blocks from church, so Sundays are quite satisfying for the body, spirit and soul, at least for me.
Medium rare. I actually wanted the rib eye, but they were out.
No regrets! This 20-ounce work of art was worth every bite.
