Covering a conference on Kauai meant daily visits to the location, which was the fancy, expansive Kauai Marriott Resort. Cool place, so much open space and the columns were 40 feet tall. Very emperor-esque. But one of the perks of hanging out in such a nice place was beverages. I got to taste Kauai coffee for the first time. My version of it has a lot of half-and-half and a lot of (cane) sugar. Looks more like nice, melted coffee ice cream, right?
I'm not a coffee drinker. I love the aroma, though. And I finished this cup with a smile on my face. Thumbs up, Kauai coffee.
