A+. Just charred a bit (nice). Oyster sauce ono. I added the sriracha chili sauce. Hit all the check points.

1. $6 limit. $1.00 carried over from the Tacos Zarate meal, so I'm still in the black (+$1.15).
2. No chains/fast food.
3. Tastes ono.

Note: Finding an open (late afternoon) sub-$6 place took me more than an hour in Nuuanu. #pupule6bucksmeal
