Coming soon: Kuhio Grille on Waialae. That’s right. The one-pound laulau is coming to my neighborhood. Uh-ohh...

I've been to the Hilo Kuhio Grille just once. The one-pound laulau was awesome. Juicy. Savory. Perfect. I got extra poi with that and enjoyed a great meal.

Opening in early August. I wonder if they will have enough parking. Stay tuned.
