A return visit to Izakaya Danji on the final night of the 1st Anniverary 20% Off
Deal was memorable. This time, the fried half chicken was not sold out. Succulent, crispy everywhere, just the right balance of juicy and crunchy. The Squid with Intestines cooked at the table in shoyu over a fire — super tender. Surprisingly awesome. I considered taking the leftover sauce home.

Of course, the marinated corn is another work of art.
