Are these the best fried noodles in high school concession stands? Tough call. Mililani is famous for their fried noodles at John Kauinana Stadium. There are at least three other sites that make excellent noodles. Experience and the right amount of ingredients matter when it comes to this dish. If anyone starts making this with a healthy dose of fried garlic, I'm all in.
