The concessions at Kahuku have always been good, and in years past, they actually had four or five different offerings from Fijian food to plate lunches to even the ice cream truck. It was like a food festival with six, seven different stands. Oh, there was also the Hawaiian plate concession. Nothing quite like that variety anywhere I've seen. The only comparable in terms of multiple concession stands might be Konawaena, but Kahuku of the past still had more.
It was more than enough. The kalua pig cabbage plate was plenty enough.
