On these nights when I'm free, it's not about extravagance. Never was. It's about finding something tasty, relatively healthy and cheap. This is a good deal, Crispy Oyster Sauce Chicken on rice (or chow mein noodes) with choi sum. Vegetables. It doesn't say that on the sign outside, so that's a big plus.
Hoy Tin Kitchen is a classic hole-in-the-way on Liliha Street. Parking is tight, even at night. But it's worth it.
