Pita good

Time capsule: Sept. 16, 2009. File under "Home cooking." I'm not a cook. Eating more pita bread and less rice helped me lose 44 pounds in '09. In six months.

Almost anything looks good in tomato or spaghetti sauce. This is an eggplant. It was good.


More pita sandwich the next day. Pork is good.
