I hadn't been to Golden Duck Chinese Restaurant in years. Decades maybe. But there were a few dishes that I regret not having all that time. One was the salt and pepper chicken wings. It is more than just salt and pepper, though. The garlic and chili combined as a sauce or topping taste incredibly addictive.
The lamb dish, the walnut shrimp, the oyster sauce chicken ... all good. Very good. But I could eat the salt and pepper chicken wings every day.
