I'm no pho expert. I just love eating it. And since going to Pho 777, it's food medicine to me. Always good when I feel something that might get me under the weather.
So, I'm actually skeptical these days when it comes to other pho restaurants. This place, Pho Factory in Pearlridge at the food court (next to the theaters), did not disappoint. Like Pho 777, the key besides the broth, are the sauces. They almost everything I like. Only one missing was the peanut sauce.
